When you are buying pre-ground Coffee, it’s important to understand that Grind size of the Coffee has a major impact upon your enjoyment of your Coffee. Please specify what apparatus you are making your Coffee on.
Espresso Machine – Fine Grind (like a Bold Talcum Powder size) to ensure that you get the correct extraction. Pours like the thickness of a mouse’s tail and should take 20-24 seconds to complete the pour cycle. 8 Grams of Coffee per Espresso serving.
Filter Coffee – medium Grind (60 grams for 1.8 Litres of fresh water)
La Cafetiere (Fresh Press) – Bold Grinder (2-3 Cup size to be 24 grams).
