Our packages include maintenance and you can choose from a great range of catering coffee machines.

All of the above machines are available under the following terms:

• 24-month rental contract
• Payments to be made by Standing Order
• £350 refundable deposit (subject to adherence to contractual terms)

Full maintenance excludes annual boiler inspections for insurance purposes on any of our machines. Tudor Tea & Coffee are not liable for this cost under our Warranty, Free Loan Scheme or any Rental with Maintenance agreements.

Equipment must be insured by you during the contract period.

You must exclusively buy our tea, tea bags, coffee beans, filter coffee, hot chocolate and all related cleaning products during the contract period.

A Minimum of 1 Case of Coffee Beans MUST be purchased each month for the term of the contract which will be allocated per month.

We require 3 months written notice to quit at the end of the 24th term or the contract continues to run always giving 3 months’ written notice to quit .

The Option to purchase the incumbent equipment or new equipment from Tudor Tea & Coffee either during or at the end of the Term of our Rental or Free Loan schemes is available at any time during the contract.

Short Term Coffee Machine Rentals would be considered, but these proposals would be subject to approval of the event and venue and the Beveridge equipment that’s required (site inspection and subject to status also applies).

All rentals are subject to status and site inspection.

Spend £ 400.00 net a month with us on our various products and you’ll qualify for a 25% monthly discount on the rental fees

We have an extensive range of fully refurbished commercial coffee machines of both bean-to-cup and traditional espresso models.

Our Pre-Owned machines are refurbished by our factory-trained engineers, who carry out any work that’s needed. No machine leaves our fully equipped service workshop until our exacting standards are met. For additional peace of mind, we also offer On-Site Warranty options to cover you in the event of a breakdown.

Our coffee machine lease rental options are an easy and cost-effective way to fund your coffee equipment. You can choose from a range of professional coffee machines and spread the payment to free up your cash flow. Your payments will qualify as an operating expense which makes them tax deductible against your business profits.

How do I lease a coffee machine?

Our rental periods are generally over 3 years and once finished you have the opportunity of buying your machine for a pre-determined fee. To purchase your leased equipment at the end of the rental term you simply need to pay a one-off fee. This payment covers the cost of changing the title of ownership and our document administration fees.
